Chad was born a Hoosier, and he is a lifelong resident of DeKalb County, Indiana. Chad has been married to his wife, Tricia (Chaffin) Rayle, for 22 years, and Chad and Tricia have two daughters, Chloe and Claire. Chad and Tricia grew up in Garrett, Indiana, and they still live there today. As well as genuinely enjoying and sharing his deep and broad knowledge of all things Elder Law, Chad enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

In 2006, Chad graduated from Indiana Tech, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2011, he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cum Laude, with a Juris Doctor degree. Chad is sought out by people throughout the country to assist with complex Elder Law matters in Indiana. Upon being admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana in 2011, he immediately began advocating for Medicaid applicants and recipients as a practicing attorney, having actually began focusing on this practice area in 2008, when he was a law student and a law clerk for Yoder Law Office in Kendallville, Indiana.
